I just started juicing again and it is super hard, but it makes me feel so much better that I just keep pushing through these awful days of fasting.
When I am in university my life is so stressed out that I sometimes really need these cleansing days to feel fit again and to restart my healthy lifestyle.
With all that stress always comes along junk food and especially in winter it is so super hard to keep eating healthy.
Now that I am just going to university a few times a week to assist Max, who is actually finishing in dentistry at the moment, it is much more easy to cook and to go grocery shopping for healthy delicious food.
So keep updated, I will look for some great recipes to share with you 🙂
But first feel inspired by these delicious healthy snacks 😉
