Paddleboarding with my dog

Paradise is just a paddle away!

Hey guys! I actually wanted to post this video on Monday already as I had uploaded it last Saturday but totally forgot about it. If you are subscribed to my channel on Youtube you probably have already seen the video – if not, here it is and don’t forget to subscribe to my channel so you will be updated when I post again :)!

I have been trying out paddleboarding for a few weeks now and I just love it so much. It makes you feel free and fit and just extremely happy! You realize how great it is to be able to be a part of this beautiful world. Especially as the lake Zurich is just a wonderful place to be at during summer. It is big enough so that you can see the other side of the lake and you are even able to see some beautiful high peeks of the alps. Trust me – It doesn’t really get much prettier than this.
I am excited to see how Switzerland will change its beauty when it comes to autumn weather. I hope that I will still be able to go out on the lake with the board when it gets a few degress colder.

The feeling of being on a paddleboard reminds me a bit of the feeling you have while riding a horse it is that very certain way where you suddenly feel connected to nature and you start to realize that there is just so much more to living this life than going to work all day and buying material things. It is so important that we remember to connect with nature so we can keep being and feeling alive.

The fact that I can take my dog Theo with me is making paddleboarding even better! Everything that I can do together with him just makes it a thousand times better as he is the joyust little baby you can imagine 🙂 He has just so much gladness in him that when you look into his beautiful little face it starts to get warm around your heart. If you don’t believe me, just try it out by watching the video and I am sure you will get to know what I am talking about :D!

I wish y’all a happy weekend!

xx Nicki
