If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food!
Today I want to talk to you about healthy food. I am one of these persons that is trying to eat as healthy as possible but then comes back home late and warms up a pizza in the oven! It is so difficult for me to keep healthy while being stressed.
So I am looking at new recipes all the time that are amazingly yummy so I don’t have to think about my pizza and actually really rather eat some healthy things 😉
If you remember my latest article on Superfoods you might have noticed that I am a big fan of their things and that I needed to try out some more things for you.
As I love breakfast it is hard for me to keep it healthy, I love my Nutella bread and coffee and exchanging it with a detox drink is really hard but I am trying the best I can. Of course this detox drink needs to taste good so I don’t get a mad mood in the morning…. This one form Superfood actually is really good and helps me to not feel to weak without eating.
I am in my last semester and my final exams are so close that I am eating like a crazy person already so this time I really need to take it slow as I already bought my prom dress for graduation and yep, there is no space for a tummy in there ;)!
I am also trying to do some workout every day but to be honest I forgot about the last three days already…. Shame on me! Do you guys have any tips on how to keep continuing your workout routine even though you are really not in the mood to? 😀
