I don’t see the desert as barren at all; I see it as full and ripe. It doesn’t need to be flattered with rain. It certainly needs rain, but it does with what it has, and creates amazing beauty. Joy Harjo
Sadly, I wasn’t able to post all of this earlier because I had way too much going on lately. Being in the USA was a great thing but I wasn’t only there for fun. One of my nearest relatives is very sick and whilst I was there I took care of him. So everything which was deranging my life at this time was completely without any value. The only thing I was doing was taking care of him and showing him how much he meant to me. I am talking about my grand uncle who for me is like a grandfather. I’ve been visiting him every year since I am a little child and I was always looking forward to my summer break. Nearly the whole year I would wait excitedly to be finally able to go and see him again. To go and see the desert to have fun, to swim in his pool and to play with his dogs!
I am so thankful that because of him the desert feels like my home away from home, that I met so many amazing friends and that I am able to look back at all these years with a smile on my face.
Still I managed to get out in the nature and photograph these stunning clothes from Sassyclassy! I am so in love with this top! You surely already saw it on my LFW Outfit post. If you haven’t then go have a look later on :D.
I paired it up with this amazing faux leather fringed jacket also from Sassyclassy. Some High Waisted Jeans shorts from Bik Bok and my amazing Cowboy Boots from Boots Barn.
What do you think about this look? I would love to hear back from you in the comments below.
