Staying in a non-casino hotel on the Las Vegas Strip | Elara, Hilton Grand Vacations

When you get into a hotel room, you lock the door, and you know there is a secrecy, there is a luxury, there is fantasy. There is comfort. There is reassurance. Diane von Furstenberg

Hi guys as you probably know that I have been coming to Vegas for 20 years now. Sadly my grand uncle whom we always visited passed away recently. He lived in a town called Laughlin which is very close to Las Vegas. So my family and I used to have weekend stays in Vegas‘ Hotels quite often. We’ve done it all, we stayed in a hotel on the strip, in a casino on the strip as well as off the strip and so I got to experience what is best.

Staying in a casino on the strip is amazing, but it can be exhausting if you are not all in for a party or gaming holiday (for example if you are with children). If you would rather have a relaxing stay in the entertainment capital where you can come home and calm down from everything that is so overwhelming the Elara is a great place to go to.

This time was my first time staying at the Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations hotel. It is a beautiful hotel and is located right next to the Strip.

You will enter the hotel through the Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. This is great as you do not have to go off strip to get to your hotel – so everything is in a walking distance!!
Once you reach the entrance you are able to walk through without having to go through a loud gaming area. You kind of feel like walking into your vacation home outside of all the trouble.
And don’t forget, if you love to go shopping the Miracle Mile is a beautiful indoor Shopping Mall!

We stayed on the 39th floor so we got to have an amazing view and once we entered the suite we were extremely excited to see how beautiful and spacious it was. I especially loved that you can stay on the strip but still have a little kitchen area so that you are able to cook for yourself. Even though the strip offers plenty of dinning opportunities, the kitchen was very helpful for a quick cozy breakfast in your pajamas.

The suite definitely gives you an opportunity to even have some relaxed nights during your stay in Las Vegas. It has a little in room cinema as the shutters of your living room window turn into a screen. So you can watch TV or Movies on a much bigger screen than at home.
If you rather like to have a romantic bath with your partner or even just by yourself you can enjoy yourself in the indoor Jacuzzi located in your bedroom. This was definitely one of my favorite things in the suite. <3

When you go down to the lobby you are able to get to the pool area which contains a beautiful pool with gorgeous in water lounges. The Pool is open until 10 pm so you will have enough time exploring Vegas and returning to a calm evening at the pool.

For me as a Starbucks lover it was a total plus that there was a Starbucks right inside our hotel! Such a benefit of having a good Coffee in the mornings!!

I am so thankful to the Hilton Grand Vacations Team for making this stay possible. I had the greatest time! We even celebrated my 25th Birthday it was so great that the hotel was a Las Vegas Strip Hotel so we could even walk home at night!

*Just so you know this post is not paid we got the stay for free but I am not paid to say anything or do anything so this is all my personal opinion 🙂

And now see for yourself :D!!
